2 Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility Requirements

3 Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposits
Deposits at 8k84 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following accepted payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via e-wallets are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer timings depend on the processing times of the sending institution.
8k84 does not charge platform fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may have its own fees that are outside our control.
3.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed by 8k84 in the order received. Standard withdrawal times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes; bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PESONet are completed within the standard interbank clearing window. VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing as part of their tier benefits.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. 8k84 reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing any withdrawal.
3.3 KYC Verification

4 Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 General Bonus Terms

5 Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available at 8k84 — including slots, live casino tables, jackpot games, and esports betting markets — are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) and/or live odds sourced from regulated providers. Game outcomes are not manipulated by 8k84 under any circumstances.
Individual game rules are governed by the rules of the specific game provider. 8k84 provides links to these rules within each game. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed game result and the result registered in 8k84's server log, the server log result shall be deemed correct and final.
Technical malfunctions of any kind — including but not limited to server disconnections, game freezes, and display errors — void all related bets and plays. 8k84 will refund the relevant stake to the player's account in such cases.
6 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8k84 platform and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.

7 Account Suspension and Closure
8k84 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Where an account is suspended for investigation, 8k84 will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address. Investigations are conducted as promptly as possible. If the investigation results in no finding of wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated with full access and any funds held during the review returned.
If an account is permanently closed for cause, any bonus balance and winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that are not implicated in any prohibited conduct will be returned to the player via their original payment method.

10 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability.
